I was denied filing a report against a manager for stealing and mistreatment. I was not allowed a female witness to the meeting and suspended without proof of any policy infraction or told specifically why then called 2 days later and fired over the phone. Against their own policies i was denied all answers for why and proof being told they didnt have to tell me. I worked there 7 and 8 mos had no disciplinary actions, bullied and harassed final 3weeks and stripped of all authorized duties, authority and tasks of my position without cause. Im 47yo female who was an active store lead for 7+ yrs and the maintenance lead was added to my responsibilities (sep defined postion) and I worked both positions for more than a year but only paid for one store lead postion and replaced by a guy not qualified for a lead or management postion.
