I was hired at Arby's at 6 weeks pregnant. I was sent home due to pregnancy related issues and then told not to go to work from my OBGYN. I missed 1.5 days due to the pregnancy and was let go. I had the job for about 3 weeks. Are they within their legit rights to fire me?
