More details to this question:
My HR person told me I was eligible for FMLA and so I sent the paperwork, after she got the paperwork she reviewed my hours and now saying that I am not eligible. Now they are going to fire me. DO I have a case? I feel as if they are firing me because they now have my medical information

If you are not eligible for FMLA, there employer cannot violate FMLA by firing you.
