More details to this question:
worked at a restuarant for 2 years since august 2016. On labor day had a non work related injury, broke my shoulder and unable to work. took 2 month leave to recover, tried to go back to work and they are denying putting me back to work and on the schedule sayhing they do not have room for me as they have hired others
