I work for a Georgia state agency. There was a conversion to an online data processing 3 years ago to handle benefits and time. Last week I was informed that I had been accruing more sick and annual leave than entitled. This institution is now wanting to take back what I erroneously accrued. I am not responsible for entering any information into this system except for changes in demographics or montly leave time taken. I want to know if I can get them to not take this back all at once.
