Handbook question

Asked on Jan 09th, 2016 on Labor and Employment - Tennessee
More details to this question:
At the bottom of our new handbook it says that rules may be added deleted or changed with no notice to the employee we have to sign each line and then also sign the back page but can they change without notice to the employee? My thinking is that since we had to sign each of the lines and the whole thing that they would have to notify us if there are any changes made

I do not really see a question here. However, the employee handbook is designed to protect the employer; not the employee.  The law allows the employer to change the handbook at will and you are bound by whatever changes the employer makes as Tennessee is an employment-at-will state.  The purpose of having you sign or initial is simply to show that you read it and acknowleged it as it existed at that time.
