More details to this question:
I got a letter for my doctor that I cannot lift more than 20 pounds. I work with infants & toddlers, 5 months ago, I requested to be switch to preschool room. I am still waiting. 2 days ago I got an appointment again and they asked me if my employer did what they asked her. I said: No. I also explained them that I am having muscle spasms and they said it is because my arthritis. I would like to know what can I do.

Contact an employment attorney. As an employee with a disability, you must be able to perform the essential functions of your job with or without a reasonable accommodation. If it is resonable to transfer you to the preschool room, then that may be an accommodation your employer should make.
