There is a co-worker that constantly belittles the other employees, making fat comments, making gay comments, fat jokes, gay jokes, rude comments, sexual comments. just being rude and crude. Management has been advised and we were told to "grow a thicker skin." management refuses to do anything about him. What can we do?
