On 8/19/17, Reggie pulled Trey out of his break and brought him to the HR office. Reggie claimed that Trey was not allowed to have his head down during his 15 minute break. HR was not onsite so Trey was told to come back on Monday. Trey asked his steward (name unknown) if it was best to "roll-up." The steward was unsure. On 8/21, Trey arrived to meet with HR. Trey was standing outside the gate for 3-4 hours before he was let in the building. Trey went through the handbook before the meeting and noted that there is no rule about putting one's head down during a break. According to the company handbook, employees are just not supposed to sleep during work hours. During the meeting, HR asked Trey if he had had a drug test done on Saturday. Trey stated that he hadn't and was told that he needed to take a drug test that day. If Trey didn't take it, Trey was told it would result in an automatic termination. The steward then told Trey that quitting would be the best route at that time.
