QUESTION

Hello, I am looking for advice regarding issues with my former employer.

Asked on Mar 30th, 2017 on Labor and Employment - North Carolina
More details to this question:
I recently resigned from a job for a variety of reasons including delays in benefits, no follow-through on raise as outlined in my offer letter, and refusal to issue back-pay owed, and being accused of "using the bathroom too often" by senior management watching our branch location on security cameras (I was the only female in the office). Additional to those issues, my insurance was cancelled the day BEFORE my resignation leaving me now without access to necessary prescriptions and HR will not respond to my questions.
