QUESTION

Help with interrogatories, retaliation

Asked on Oct 29th, 2018 on Wrongful Termination - Tennessee
More details to this question:
I have filed a lawsuit against Goodwill for discrimination and retaliation for terminating my employment. An employee with a criminal record of attempted murder and a recent conviction for assault was hired against Goodwill policy and later assaulted me in the back room with another store manager as a witness and on video. My assistant had notified Goodwill in writing of his criminal history and his aggressive behavior in April of 2017 but they did not respond. The assault was reported immediately to my district manager along with my written statement as well as the other manager’s statement and video log. I filed a complaint with their hotline and also with the internal complaint intranet as per policy. When again I received no response. I sent an email to all of corporate that I did not feel comfortable with him being in my store. He was suspended the next day and eventually terminated for his “criminal record”. Less than a month later I was terminated
