were moving but was threathen if I didn't agree to a pay cut hourly work I would be laid off without unemployment benefits or just let go was not hired hourly will lose 400 a paycheck do I have any rights also they only pay me 10 per vacation days work there on and off for almost 7 years was called back after a year away and they took all my seniority away

I'm not sure where to start here. The one thing I can say is that if you are "laid off", you can get unemployment comp benefits. Your employer can also ask you to take a pay cut -- and I'm assuming there is no collective bargaining agreement that governs you. I'm not sure what you're really asking here.
