How can I take a law sue agains my work?

I've been at my job for over 8 years never been an any problem,now the son owner of the job,brought his friend to work there and he mad a comment about my culture I said if he said it again I will put hands on him. for that I got fired,after 8 years.

we are seeing many employment cases where the employer uses a 'pretext' for the termination. the employer wants to terminate the employee but has no reason. the employee commits a 'venial sin' which the employer uses for termination. these are difficult cases to win. ed dimon, esq.
