More details to this question:
I have nerve damage in my arm and require to work in certain department for my job. My bosses are trying to move me to an area that I physically cannot handle so that they can fire me. I have told them upfront my limitations and they are trying to move me anyway.

You may be entitled to protection under the Americans with Disabilities Act. You should make sure you have documented your notice to your employer regarding your disabilities in writing.
