How Do I Get Unemployment Insurance?

My employer let me go due to school schedule interfering with work schedule. I've been working with this company for three years and going to school to better myself was never an issue until they hired a guy this past April. If he does not like you, he will try his best to get rid of you. They have denied me unemployment insurance and I have appealed their decision. Their reason for denying me was misconduct which is false. First they said it was due my school schedule now they are saying it was due to misconduct. I was a PM lead on night shift.
