How do I immigrate and work in Canada?

More details to this question:
I received written job offer in Aug. from a Company in Alberta Canada, so I made preparations for the job and additional plans was to get my passport book and card and get my family passport books to come and visit. I made many copies of information and days of research of how to immigrate to Canada.
