QUESTION

How do I prove retaliation?

Asked on Aug 24th, 2016 on Wrongful Termination - Tennessee
More details to this question:
My manager won't lend to certain people based on race and age. When an african-american or a person over the age of 65 calls for a loan we are told to take the loan but do not run credit. Then she tells us to make up an excuse to tell them that we can not help them. I wrote a letter to her stating I will no longer be participating in any discriminatory acts. I was fired a few days later. I have always had good attendance and zero disciplinary actions and good reviews. I have keep a copy of this letter too and have compiled some applications that I was supposed to shred that proves discrimination based on age.

Send me an email to let me know where you live. It sounds like you have a good case and I know an attorney who specializes in employment law who can help you but I need for you to send me your email so I can foward it onto him so he can reach out to you.  If you feel uncomfortable in sending me your email, the attorne'ys name is Frank Steiner and he works in Nashville so you can feel free to reach out to him yourself.
