I saw an AAS in Robotics Engineering. Job experience appeared to be in electronics and Help Desk support; I didn't see hands-on field support experience. FS-I requirements - Bachelor's Degree in IT; or Associate's Degree in IT with 2 years of IT experience; or a related Associate's Degree with 4 years of IT experience is required. I would be happy to talk with Tony if I am mistaken. If you are claiming age discrimination, you must show but for your age your employer would not have made the decision to hire the employee it hired. Take a step back and look at yourself on paper and the candidate they hired on paper. Age discrimination protects workers over 40 from being discriminated against in favor of those persons who are substantially younger than them.
