I filed for workman's comp claim. My boss gave me memos blaming my minor injury to somethings else not work related. Looks like he wants to fire me.

If I'm fired for filing workmans comp, can I sue my employer? If my employer uses another reason for firing me other than being injured at work, what is my right? If I learned that my employer is committing fraud, what should I do?

workers' compensation is an administrative court which addresses the worker being injured at work. you should stay in this court to address your injury. you should require your employer to prove that the injury did not occur at work. ed dimon, esq.
