I have a question.

Asked on Sep 26th, 2017 on Labor and Employment - New York
More details to this question:
My son was born with birth truama. The hospItalian the ambulance took me too at 5 am refused me because I wasn't their patient but my water broke. At 8 am that morning they released me to go to a different hospital. My contractions were 2 minutes apart and by the time I got to the other hospital I was in active labor. My son came a little before 2 that same day. He spent 5 days in the nice due to birth truama. I was wondering if I have a case to sue the hospital i first went too.
