I have been sexually harrassed,harrassed and degraded by numerous employees in positions above me.

I have tried chain of command and nothing was done about it with 3 different individuals being turned in to my supervisors. I went above the ups location I work at but I have been harrassed, sexually harrassed and threatened. Car went through twice, phone broke to hide evidence. Now I am undergoing investigation process but I'm a single mother of 3 that is having to stay out of work for at least 3 weeks for investigation process. I have absolutely made it clear I don't feel safe and I have been intimidated,degraded,and scared to death to go back to work. They (Manager and head Security) said I can stay off work till investigation is over and I do not have to come back to work if I don't want to but I have worked my butt off and 9 months into 12 month process getting benefits I so desperately need considering I'm a single mother of 3. One of my children have special needs. I feel completely lost and don't know the laws....what do I do?
