the key to success is our abillity to prove that you were the 'actor' who secured the contract and as such, are entitled to the commission. this is actually 'contract law' and not employment law. we would need to see the contract and we would need to examine your role in procuring the contract. we have valter must, esq., a certified trial attorney, who is excellent in contract law. i would hire him to review both the contract and your efforts to determine the merits of your case. we would then sue the company on your behalf if the commission was not paid. let's discuss asap. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600 ext 235
