I have been terminated

More details to this question:
I have been bullied for over seven years and threatened to be terminated. I complained in writing to the owner about my superior four separate times in the last twelve months and he has done nothing to stop it. On Friday 10/24/14 I was accused of an issue that cost the company $46,000 that I had no control over and was accused of creating the problem. I responded to my superior about his accusations and he threatened me with termination. I complained in writing to the owner and instead of protecting me he personally terminated me. I am salary plus commission and for the last three years worked with my client and have secured a $750,000,000 contract with the country of China predicated on a registration approval to sell our product to China. According to the registration company in China the Registration should be complete in November 2014. Once complete business can move forward and over the following five years will generate $750,000,000 in business of which I receive 8%.

the key to success is our abillity to prove that you were the 'actor' who secured the contract and as such, are entitled to the commission. this is actually 'contract law' and not employment law. we would need to see the contract and we would need to examine your role in procuring the contract. we have valter must, esq., a certified trial attorney, who is excellent in contract law. i would hire him to review both the contract and your efforts to determine the merits of your case. we would then sue the company on your behalf if the commission was not paid. let's discuss asap. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600 ext 235
