I earned paid time off and gave 2 week notice on my second last day i ended up not showing up because i had a job offer n job never paid me for a holiday that i worked on my last pay check so i ended up not coming on my last day job left message n said they were not going to send me a check for my earned paid time off because i had a call off on my last day

Is there a question hee? There's no law that entitles you to be paid for accrued but unused PTO. If you have a contract that entitles you to it, that's different but generally you don't get this, especially when you blow off your last day.
