I need help negotiating out of or renewing my non-compete clause.

I need to get out of my employment contract which I can do by giving my notice but I need to understand the time frame of the non-compete clause, and need some one to look at the contract and clarify for me so I can negotiate and change the 2 yr restriction

Keep in mind that employers adopt non-competes for a reason and generally have no desire whatsoever to negotiate the agreement after you have signed.
