year and 7 months. Also my payroll didnt add up at times. At times when id borrow money from my boss id pay him back ,but at times when i owed him hed keep my check and deposit it into his account with out my consent or singiture.he payed me cash under the table on 2 thanksgiving holidays that i worked and told me sorry he forgot to put my time in. also christmas as well. my boss would allow another coworker to miss treat me with slander and and embarrasing treatment to me in front of customers .there were other incidents that occured while i worked there i just dont know how to go about a situation

Meet with an attorney who handles wage claims and employment matters. You must be paid for all the time you worked. The harassment may have been retaliation for asking for your wages and that is illegal. Try to put together a detailed itemization if possible as to the dates and hours you worked and were not paid.
