I signed the last page stating I received the handbook. I did leave the employer on February 11th 1015 without notice. Upon receiving my last check they dropped my pay from 14.00 to 7.25. Is this legal? I live in Texaa.
You employer may not alter the pay rate once the work has been performed. The policy you cited would likely be ignored by a court or by the Texas Workforce Commission.
