Was made to make up hours....as of 12/05/2016 had to go to the office to pick my check up which I have never done before. On 12/2/16 went to office for a meeting was to i was a sorry manager by the owner and theatend to fire me which there was a witness then she sent Selena out of the office and told me if I willingly step down she would just wash out a loan I took out with her on 11/23/16 so today I go in to step down and get my check which she had. She tells me to write on a paper saying I step down and quit so I did and put on there bout the loan she got up set gave me the original loan agreement paper and wouldn't give me a copy of my stepping down say forget it she ain't doing it. So she threatened my job and washed out a loan for me to quit plus forced me to work hours
There may be a salary basis violation and other wage violations as well as retaliation that may be actionable under the fair labor standards act. I simply need more faxed to know as to whether you were ever penalized her had your salary reduced and whether you did anything which can be considered misconduct which would support the reasons for termination.
