I was degraded and humiliated at my job,is this considered harassment

I was at my job for 3 and a half years the last year and a half I was harassed with degrading jokes and when I brought this to the attention of my superiors, they kinda shrugged it off but when something was written about them they had a meeting and demanded it stop. Which it did then the curits started again they just focused on me. It caused co workers to laugh at me joke about it ,I did not accept this and yet when I went to my superiors yet again they blew it off. And there handbook is very detailed with sexual harassment. Everything that was happening was depicted as sexual harassment. My floor leader started hasseling me because I started using the bathroom a lot ,I was getting sick at work. Leaving early ,my performance suffered. And it seemed as long as the harassing comments weren't about them,they didn't care.
