I was given displicinary action for not taking a polygraph test

More details to this question:
I was asked to take a polygraph test due to a employee accusation. The employee had been harrassing me for months. when I refused the polygraph at the suggestion of my doctor because of all the anxiety and stress, I was put on disciplinary action and ended up quitting due to the stress. Can I file a suite against them for this.

Some states have laws that make it illegal for the employer to force you to take a polygraph test or take action if you refuse to do so.  You need to check with an attorney in your state to see if you have the same law.
