I work an 8 hour day without breaks - is that legal?

Asked on Jan 06th, 2016 on Labor and Employment - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I am in the state of Pennsylvania, full time, salaried employee. I work 8 hour days, 5 days a week, for a 40 hour work week. We do not take or are encouraged or told to take a break. Is there a break legally entitled to all workers after so many hours?

There is no law that entitles you to a lunch break.  If you are paid for all of the hours that you work, your employer is compliant with applicable law.
