i worked for a company called american showa.i had to go on short term disability due to personal health issues through my health insurance company

which I pay into.for some reason my employer said I was suppose to be back at work at the end of april and said I no called no show for 3 days and sent me a letter in the mail saying I was terminated.i have doctors documentation and health insurance dates that state my doctor was not releasing me to go back to work till the end of may.my employer has to receive in their office in human resources some form of documentation the day I am suppose to return to work and they did not receive that.i feel like I was wrongfully terminated.my health insurance stopped the day they let me go.i cant finish my doctors visits.i have no money coming in and unemployment is giving me a hard time because showa is lying and saying they terminated me back in December.i am beside myself because I did nothing wrong.could u tell me what my legal options might be
