QUESTION

Injured at work, and fired.

Asked on Sep 29th, 2015 on Labor and Employment - Ohio
More details to this question:
My supervisor identified a hazard, and dismissed it. I was hurt by this hazard, and expected to continue working. I told him I'd leave a little early, and take the half point. I was fired the next day. After, they agreed to let workman's comp cover the routine injury. The medical report advised me to not work in my current condition.
