Recently at work I was asked by a manager if I was feeling okay and how I was doing. I replied I was fine, why do you ask? He stated that I seem off and not myself. I said the only think today was that I was running a little late and that was a bout it. My manager said okay and I thought nothing more of it till about a half hour later that same manager along with another manager called me into a private meting to once again ask if I was okay. I once again replied I'm fine and why am I continuously being asked. They replied that I seem like I'm under the influence of something and is there any medication that I'm on or anything that would impair my behavior. I said no I don not take any medication that would impair my behavior. They then asked me for a list of meds that I take and the dosage. I was also then sent to employee health and told to take a breathalyzer which was 000 and give a urine sample. Then I was sent home and told I will be paid leave till results came back.
