More details to this question:
Recently I was fired due to an accumulated number of call off incidents. The company begins to discipline at 7 incidents, and last minute call offs are counted as 2 incidents each. however twice I had to call off due to national guard duty so I got 4 incidents, once due to the birth of my child and the final time was due to an injury I received during a drill duty that made it hard to walk, which led to my termination. Do I have a wrongful termination case?

Under California Law there are many laws that protect workers from being treated negativley do to serving in the military or leaving for military services. Also, there are laws that prevent companies from discriminating against you because of work related injury or the need to take time off because of the birth of a child.
