QUESTION

Is it wrongful termination?

Asked on Aug 27th, 2013 on Wrongful Termination - California
More details to this question:
Recently I was fired due to an accumulated number of call off incidents. The company begins to discipline at 7 incidents, and last minute call offs are counted as 2 incidents each. however twice I had to call off due to national guard duty so I got 4 incidents, once due to the birth of my child and the final time was due to an injury I received during a drill duty that made it hard to walk, which led to my termination. Do I have a wrongful termination case?
