Is this workplace retaliation, and harrasment ?

Told owner a couple things a supervisor did not handle,on my payroll and the supervisor retaliated by cussing me out, and the next week wouldn't let me build,any payroll hours up . after the third day of this I,told him i needed hours he proceeded to tell me that if i want hours come in a,7 a.m. and stay late past 5p.m. and told me i,shouldn't have thrown him under the bus. In on week number 5 of my paychecks steadily diminishing to nothing. He has cursed me out since then and just won't let off. He calls me a kid and I'm 30 years old so obviously he has a problem with my age also. But as well he has made nasty sexual jokes and comments to me . he continuously keeps saying things are my fault that aren't even part of my job , no where near. He belittles me, and is ruining my life. My anxiety is so high now all I can think, about is he going to let me make,my bill money this week or is he going to curse me out,or slander my name some more around the shop, it is unbearable.
