More details to this question:
A day or so ago I went to clock out and my manager informed me that he had already clocked me out without my permission so as to meet his labor quota for the day. He also informed me that he would get on the computer and give me the hours that I had unknowingly worked off the clock by adding them to a day when the labor was low enough to allow. Today I asked him if he remembered to do so and he said he didn't remember so I sat in the office and saw that on the computer, not only had those hours not been added to my total time, but that even more are missing. I have ALL of my check stubs and clock out slips from this job since I began employment to prove that this has happened. That being said, this is obviously not a payroll department error. Can I have my employer arrested or at least take them to court so that I can collect that which I am rightfully owed?
