More details to this question:
i was a super for 30 years my landlord sold the building and new landlord wants me out. yet worked for 30 yrs and wanted to know if they were allowed to just throw me out. and wondering if I could get paid by suing landlord for lost of wages and stress

The new owner has the right to evict you; however, that would require an eviction proceeding be brought in court. There is no viable claim for stress.
