I am a salary manager in KY at a restaurant and after being bought by new owners they changed payroll from biweekly to monthly(in the process checks were often late or payday changed or told we would receive monthly check then at last minute told instead it would be biweekly check instead) In May 6 days before scheduled monthly check for June was due was told by DM that owners had got in trouble and lost $ by paying monthly and our pay would be switched back to biweekly so in June we would receive a 4 day check on the 11th and a 2 week check on the 25th because our last check on May 8th was a monthly check. The catch this would only be done to certain mgrs. Assistant managers would have to struggle through the month of June while General Managers got to keep and receive the scheduled monthly check in June. I feel so wronged my payroll has been messed with atleast 7 times in the last 6 months and can they do this to only certain managers while paying the others?
