I work as a Paramedic 24 hour shifts. Someone called in sick and at 1215am I was woke up being told I had to stay the next shift. When I called suoervisor stating I can't because my wife has out of city plans and I don't have sitter. He stated back that my wife can watch her own damn kids... He has on numerous occasions tries to screw me over. When I report him he retaliates with horrible schedules. For example not allowing me off for son to go to doctor, beinf the only medic working 48 hours every weekend, and purposly scheduling me for famiky events. I.E. I've missed every soccer and teeball game this year. He seems untouchable as its a private company and nokne else wants to do the schedule. This is just one of numerous harrasement complaints against person and company. Every shift they make you feel you'll be fired as there's nowhere else to work within 60+ miles! Please help!!! Also nunerous complaints about moldy and unsafe living quarters and vehicles!
