QUESTION

My emplower has not been consistent with salary caps.

More details to this question:
I just found out a coworker, same position and details, with 3yrs tenure difference was still receiving yearly pay increase were I was told I was capped. I'm submitting a request to our "Compliance" group for review. If no response or positive outcome do I have a case?

No, unless the difference is due to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, disability or age 40 or older or, in limited cases, due to unlawful retaliation.
