My former employer has not paid me my last check it has been 48 days since I worked there. My last day was June 3. I contacted them on July 1

Contacted the director of nursing on July 1 asking that my final check and separation letter be mailed. She replied ok no problem. I have not received anything

Employers in Tennessee are required to pay earned wages to terminated employees on the next regular pay date not to exceed 21 days. You can file a claim with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. https://www.tn.gov/workforce
