My husband was terminated due to his eye sight. He has a pre employment physical when he was hired 2 years ago and he has the same eye sight levels. Now he had another physical and they are saying they have a problem with his eye sight. HIs eye sight has not changed in fact it is stable. Does he have a case? And if so, what type of an attorney would he retain? Thank you for your help
