Im for sunrise health care assistant living one of my coworkers we have exchange regarding job related she got very angry at me because I ask her to do something later that night I punched out went to the car in parking lot she has issue with someone else she fought her meanwhile I'm in the car waiting for a friend I have no idea they fighting inside the job I found after the fact and I went home the next day the director cll me to tell me I'm on administrator leave because of what happened the day before I told her I wasn't presented when that happened she said because I exchange words with the co-worker cause her to fight the other girl couple days later called me I'm been terminated and the girl that I had exchanged word with they keeping her.please tell me what to do please thank you
