QUESTION

Need help with a company and union

More details to this question:
I work for a company that handles product as a third party inside major retailers and a incident took place where the employee for the store threatened me but before I could notify my company he told the store managment and they had me removed from the store and called my job and told them I had threatened him. My job calls me in at the end of a work day a week later and tells me im suspended pending investigation. Union steps in and mediates and after no resolution goes to arbritration a week later. During the meeting explained what happened vs the testimony of store employees and their statements. Asked for video cam tape of incident but none existed so union said it was hearsay. My job refused to let me return and union said they would be answering accordingly and most likely it would go to their lawyers. Its been 4 months and union has done nothing but tell me to get a job. I received no termination letter. I am owed money. What coruse of action can I take against both parties?

this is going to be a difficult case to win because you had the hearing and arbitration which addresses your 'due process' requirements. why did you wait four months to act ? the evidence and testimony are crucial. do you have a copy of the testimony for me to review ?  ed dimon, esq.
