I have recived notive of overpayment of UC compendation (Non-fraud) and I need help vnavigating the waiver process. repayment would cause a hardsship as I am retired.

Generally, the PA Department of Labor takes no action to collect such overpayment, other than mailings. I have never seen such a matter pursued in court.
