our manager has been using our computer at work to access porn sites during working hours..

This has been going on for quite some time. Most of the sites are adult people but now he is into teen porn. We checked the history just about everyother day and he is the only person to use this computer at the times recorded. We have these histories documented. What can we do? Is this considered sexual harassment? Should we tell the owner of the company?
