Overpayment Repayment Unemployment

More details to this question:
I was receiving benefits for 2 years, but then they said it was fraudulent misrepresentation, but a non fraudulent misrepresentation of repayment of $30,000.

They found you fraudulently received unemployment benefits when you should not have so they are requiring you to pay the benefits back. I'm not sure I see the question here...
