overtime pay

Asked on Sep 01st, 2014 on Labor and Employment - Ohio
More details to this question:
I worked for a company for almost 30 yrs and was salaried for almost 24 yrs. when I was salaried all my hours needed to be accounted for for billing purposes. I was required to clock in and out as a regular employee. My pay check showed an hourly rate but was only paid for 40 hours reguardless of the amount of hours that were put in. Years ago the company paid another supervisor for this same thing. What are my options.

Contact an Ohio overtime attorney to see if the manner in which you were paid violates the law. Whether you are exempt from the overtime laws depends upon your job duties. Many employment law firms, including my office, offer free consultations. The lookback period for unpaid overtime wages is two years (3 if the violation is "willful").   Ohio overtime lawyer www.mcoffmanlegal.com
