QUESTION

Payroll supervisor has changes my hours worked without my knowledge or permmission.

More details to this question:
I have clocked in early to get work done without distractions. My immediate supervisor was aware of this but he payroll has changed my time card to read no overtime.

You should contact an Ohio overtime attorney. You should also begin keeping track of the time which you are not being compensated for. Refer to your employee handbook as to how to report the issues with your non-payment of wages. Again, it is advisable to speak with an attorney.
