Please Help! What are my rights regarding workplace retaliation?

More details to this question:
My question is I feel at work I am being retaliated against for once reporting a manager to HR. Ever since I did that my work life there has been miserable. I have been placed on disability once already for how I am treated at work for anxiety/depression from the pressure of trying to keep my job. I made several complaints to their HR department and they always side with management. I made a complainant to HR January about one of my managers at that time that made a rude sexual comment and a complaint about another employee saying he hates people of my race. I never heard nothing back about that all I was transfer to another location. All this company does is keep transferring me and every location I go to I get the cold shoulder from employees I never met and unfair work assignments from management as if they are told by upper management to treat me poorly. I feel I am being treated unfair and being forced either to quit or they are going to fire me for severe misconduct.

Update Your Profile
you must document in writing with your employer all that has occurred. you must give written notice to your employer of your complaints. it would be beneficial to have supporting witnesses. the employer must be given the opportunity to address the issues. in the meantime, you must be the perfect employee. if you make a mistake, you will be terminated. ed dimon, esq.
